We Take Care of You

Each one of our developments is the end result of a long process of acquisition, planning, carefully considered design, and experienced construction, to bring to life homes that suit the way real people live. Keble Homes manages every step of that process, because our company’s philosophy is to offer buyers complete peace of mind when they choose to purchase from Keble Homes.

After Sales Care and Support

Our company’s philosophy is to offer buyers complete peace of mind when they choose to purchase from Keble Homes. Having undertaken the lengthy process from acquisition and planning to completion of our carefully designed properties, our support doesn’t stop there.

Every property purchased from Keble Homes is underpinned by a 10 Year Premier Guarantee. On top of this we provide an informative handover pack to every new buyer with information regarding everything from how to contact your local authority to details of all of the fixtures and fittings, so if your little one decides to walk around your new home with a felt tip you know which colour paint can cover up the damage! Our dedicated team are also available on the phone to support you with any structural or fitting related queries for the first 12 months of your ownership.

The Premier Guarantee – Your Peace of Mind

We employ Premier Guarantee to provide each of our new developments with a 10 year structural warranty.*

While we hope you won’t have any problems in your new home, and it is unlikely that you will ever have to make a claim on one of our new properties, this guarantee offers new owners complete piece of mind. The informative Homeowner’s Handbook covers everything from how your policy works to how to make a claim, and other useful advice.**

What our Clients Say…

“Thank you for the follow up. We are very happy with the work and the arrangements from Keble Homes, please pass on our appreciation.”

Mr C, OXFORD

* Your policy is valid for 10 years, and includes two key periods; the first two years of the policy (called the defects insurance period) and years three to ten (known as the structural insurance period). These sections of our policy dictate who is responsible for resolving any problems you may have. Please bear in mind that your policy starts on the date stated on your certificate of insurance, not the date you moved in to your new home.

** It is also important to remember that our policy does not cover you for general “wear and tear” and relates only to the structure of your property.
